I work with people who are looking to get relief from digestive symptoms. I received a certificate of training in the low-fodmap Diet from Monash University so I can safely guide patients through the elimination diet and ensure a reintroduction process. However, not everyone needs to follow an elimination diet to get relief from their symptoms. Sometimes a simple manipulation of fiber in meals, movement, and stress reduction may be all you need to see results!

  •  If you are overwhelmed by the thought of having to give up your favorite foods, don't worry! Any elimination diet is not designed to be long-term. The end goal is to help you relieve your symptoms and allow you add back in as many of your favorite food as possible without symptoms, anxiety, or stress.  ​

  • Remember, not everyone needs to follow a restrictive elimination diet. This is why I assess your medical history, lifestyle factors, and symptoms to create a personalized plan that's right for you. ​
